Terms & Conditions

Room Rates
Room rates listed are on a per room per night bases and include Breakfast. All rates are inclusive of V A T at the present rate of 15%.

Reservations & Deposits
Provisional bookings should be confirmed in writing within 14 days and a non-returnable deposit equivalent to 1 night's stay is required.

Cancellations
When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the Management reserves the right to make a charge for the total value of the bookings, less one third for food not consumed. Guests are strongly recommended to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance, A leaflet will be sent with our confirmation letter.

Payment
Cheques are accepted provided that five days are allowed for clearance, or the amount can be covered by a cheque card.
Credit Cards - Access and Visa.
Unconfirmed bookings - Payment in full will be requested on arrival. Check In
Check in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check outs will only be accommodated if rooms are available and a charge may apply. If an early arrival is required you will be charged for accommodation for the night prior.

Packages
Prices for packages are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room for the stated number of nights, unless otherwise stated.

Supplements
To upgrade your room type a supplement may apply and will be based on per person per night increase.

Liabilities
Please safeguard your property. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons unless caused by the Company’s negligence. Unless the Company is liable as referred to you will indemnify the Company from and against any and all liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons and against any and all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from as a result of the event. You are advised to consider your insurance cover in respect of above.

General
Goods and services may not be bought or sold on the premises without the hotel Manager’s prior written consent in which case additional terms and conditions will apply which you must sign.
The hotel name, logo and telephone number may not be used in any advertising or other publicity without prior written consent of the hotel Manager.
No signs, display posters or other materiel may be fixed to the walls of any part of the Hotel, without the prior authorisation of the hotel Manager.
If the contract includes you’re employing the services of an outside contractor then you will indemnify the hotel against any loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons caused by such contractor and against all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from. Any outside contractor employed by you must report to the duty Manager at the hotel.
